I am delighted to note that the SDPS International Girls' School is being started by the well known trust- SDPS Women’s Welfare Society at Indore.

The trust has established a reputation for itself through the institutions for girls they are already running. Quality education is the greatest need of India today and educating the girl child is all the more important.

Dr. M.V. Prasad, Retired Principal, The Daly College, Indore, was formerly Principal of Bhavan's V.M. Public School, Baroda, Principal of The Indian School, Bahrain(A.G) and Headmaster of The Rishi Valley School. He was the Chairman of the Indian Public Schools Conference. Widely travelled, Dr. Prasad has been a speaker at a number of international conferences of Principals held in Geneva, Sydney, Boston, Helsinki, Birmingham etc. He was a member of the Governing body of the CBSE. He is an International Member of the National Association of Secondary School Principals, USA, a Fellow of the Secondary Heads Association, UK and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, London.

After his retirement, he lives in Baroda from where he functions as an Independent Educational Consultant.
